This privacy policy governs the use of the TumbleTally software application known herein as the "Application". The Application was created and is maintained and supported by Flint Creek Apps, LLC. ("We", "Us", "Our"). The Application is used for tracking competing gymnast names, meet scores and placements (awards), and the meets they compete in. The users of the Application are known herein as "You" and "Your".
By using the Application, you accept and consent to the terms of this privacy policy.
The information that you enter into the Application is stored on the device where the Application
is installed and used.
The Application does not automatically (nor without user consent) transmit this information to us, nor to any other device, server, or cloud service.
You may elect to send a backup copy of your data to another device, email, or cloud service by way of the "My Data" screen in the Application, which sends a one-time copy of the data directly to the destination you choose.
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the mobile operating system on your device, the version of the operating system in use on the device, and the name of the device. The Application does not automatically (nor without user consent) transmit this information to us, nor to any other device, server, or cloud service.
You may elect to send this information to us via email for the purpose of technical support by way of the "About/Send Feedback" screen in the Application.
The Application uses the information that you enter to provide meet score and awards tracking functionality on the device where the Application is installed. If you contact us for technical support of the Application, we use information you provide to us and the Automatically Collected Information for the purpose of technical support of the Application.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information to a third party only in the following instances:
a) as required by law or government request
b) if Flint Creek Apps, LLC. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of its assets, we will post a prominent notice on our website with details of any change of ownership or uses of this information.
The Application does not collect precise real time information about the location of your device.
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian determines that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@flintcreekapps.com. We will delete the information from our files within a reasonable time.
You can stop all data collection and delete all information entered into the Application by removing the Application from your devices. To remove the Application, you may use the standard uninstall process provided by your mobile operating system or the application marketplace where you purchased a license for the Application.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest effective policy will be posted at http://flintcreekapps.com/privacy.html. You are advised to consult this policy from time to time, as your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of all changes.
